R.F. Warder

R.F. Warder, a White Marsh, MD commercial contractor, needed a replacement pool deck trench drain cover that was no longer available through standard supply channels. Bauen Innovations took the project from physical reference through reverse engineering, CAD development, iterative prototyping, and production.
The cover (BIP-062) went through multiple prototype rounds to validate fit and geometry before production was approved. Bauen then produced 600 of the final part as a functional replacement ready for pool deck installation.
